The Legal Cell deals with Court Cases pending adjudication in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts, Federal Service Tribunal and Federal Ombudsman. The Legal Cell also provides legal assistance to the Afghan refugees in case of harassment or detention. The Legal Cell also coordinates with Home Department, respective DCs & DPOs to resolve the grievances of Afghan refugees. Furthermore, Project Officer (Legal) represent in the court of law on behalf of Ministry of SAFRON, CCAR Islamabad and CAR Punjab.
