Bakhmir Khan
Director (Finance)

Serving as Director (Finance) in the Commissionerate Afghan Refugees Punjab, Government of Pakistan, Ministry of States and Frontier Regions since November 2011. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance). He has a vast experience in Public Financial Management, Budgeting, Donor coordination, and Internal controls, where he leads financial operations, ensures compliance with donor requirements (UNHCR, World Bank), and coordinates with Federal and Provincial stakeholders including SAFRON, AGPR, and Audit bodies. He has also served as a Financial Management Specialist (FMS) PPS-09 for the World Bank-funded SIRA Project.

 

 

Muhammad Usman Ghani
Director (Management/Settlement/Legal)

Serving as Director (Management/Settlement/Legal) in the Commissionerate Afghan Refugees Punjab, Government of Pakistan, Ministry of State & Frontier Region since November 2010. He has been Advocate since 2004, and Advocate High Court since 2006, and has diversified experience of working with Government and Non-Government Organization in United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) projects for refugee’s rights, and also worked with human rights Organizations as Pro bono Lawyer. He has been providing free legal aid and assistance to refugees, women and children by releasing the juvenile offenders from jail. He is passionate to serve humanity and country with his experience and expertise gained through national and international training courses and also as Defender and Attorney of human rights. He has authored a book on “Law and Human Rights Issues”. He has attended International trainings/courses in Thailand, Srilanka and Germany, and has also marked his appearences through video presentation at International Conferences in Canada. He is actively engaged in research work pertaining to law and human rights.
